Telemarketing Executive

You will play an important role in Handling all inbound calls/outbound call pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related

Exceeding customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements

Must be a team player and result oriented.

Maintain confidentiality of organizations’ customers and data.

Educate customers on new products and service

Other ad-hoc duties / project assigned.

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above

Must have 1 year experience in Telemarketing

Good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Target driven, ability to meet dateline and to enhance processes.
